In addition, Luke recently was granted the main training facility for the new generation F-35, assuring even more personnel assigned to the base.

We purchased this property at trustee sale for $69,000 put in $5000 in minor repairs. The home was rented to Section 8 (subsidized) for $1,150 a month. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath newer home with stucco and tile roof. Also, in El Mirage we fixed and flipped to an investor, who buys rental properties, a 3 bed 2 bath for $49,950. He in turn sold it for $58,000.
